It seems as though Bruno sent Scarfo away to take away some heat? I cant fathom why Scarfo would voluntarily leave Philly for a depressed city like AC. yeah, there was some bookmaking but AC was hardly a place where a young guy would want to start a new venture. It just doesnt make sense for him to pack up and leave on his own just to set up shop in AC. There was no money to be made there at that time.
