Cafaro did say that Salerno threatened to wack him in jail. Also he was looking at 25+ years.
Gigante like his mentor Genovese made the same mistake i.e. to menace to whack some one in jail and made him flip.
Genovese gave the Kiss of death to Valachi,that will do his time without flips and I think that Cafaro will do the same thing: 25 y in 1986 and maybe will be out in the early 2000s.
