I do too, but you have to give it to him, by posting Gotti Jr.'s proffer he revealed to the world that Junior was nothing more than a rat. If we didn't see it and he instead just wrote about it, we would have all called it bullshit. He exposed Gotti jr.

the feds leaked that to alite if alite was not there they would have leaked it anyway the feds were bitter they never convicted junior in those rico trials in the 2000s it was there way of disgracing the gotti name

The feds didn't leak it it's call discovery. They are obligated by law to turn over documents. I'm sure every attorney representing any of the names ratted on the proffer have a copy. Alite, since he ratted. just exposed im.

Sonny, wasn't Danny Marino implicated in that proffer? I'm sure he had it and his attorney had it. It then spread like wildfire through the five families that there was a rat amongst them. Also, I believe that if Gotti Jr. would have been found guilty he would have sung like Leonetti and the proffer was just a down payment with the Feds.

I agree 100%. As much as this Alite guy annoys me, it's impossible to gloss over this FACT about Junior. Before Alite came along with the 302s, very few of us believed there was any truth to the rumors that Junior had ratted during a proffer meeting. Junior even denied this proffer meeting took place. I believed him. After all, this was John Gotti's son. But by giving us the 302s, this guy Alite successfully exposed Junior as a rat and a liar. That really stung I believe. Didn't Jr. have some guy go all over the internet to defend him and try to shit all over Alite? I forget the guy's name.

the feds were trying to get junior killed he is a rat but the feds were playing dirty. After that proffer the feds subpoenaed danny marino and other gambino mobsters when the feds went to see them they said "you can thank junior for this" of course the subpoenas were bullshit they were trying to stir up trouble on the streets. The subpoenas went nowhere

now danny might have had junior killed who knows or who knows what he was thinking but danny marinos lawyer was also junior gottis lawyer danny told charles carnesi to tell junior that it was ok he would not have problem with them apparently danny marino knew what the feds were doing they wanted him to kill junior

Why does it matter who leaked the proffer? To me, the biggest issue is that that meeting ever took place. If you proffered, you're a cooperator.

It won't see the light of day it would have already been produced. Probably trying to grab some money from investors. How would it be profitable anyway in this day n age? There was a guy who used to defend Junior on these boards. I think his name was Christopher. Very bizarre stuff. He was weirder than Alite lol.

Why would the feds use Alite to release the proffer? They could have released through Capeci and it would have been more credible. In my opinion I believe it was Marino's camp and it was Lawyer to lawyer.

Alite will not talk about Vicky in any of his recent interviews... He either made it up and now feels bad about it (she did take a lie detector test) to prove they did not sleep together

I think what they had was an innocent teen flirtation that Alite tried to exaggerate into a relationship/ couple and that was never the case
