To draw a long bow, I'm starting to wonder if the Feds are suspicious of Massino's credibility on the stand (Sonny Black/Mira testimony).

Massino wasn't called in the Asaro case and now in the Nicholas Santora case (where Santora was in his crew and served as capo since the late 80's).
What James Tartiliglione would have to offer above and beyond Massino's historical knowledge is beyond me.
