The Dellacagnas were originally with Sonny C, then Tick took over the crew in the late 1950s. Roy was on record with Dellacagna and only Mike could release Roy, but he still had to bring it up to Chrstie to get the ok. This way there would be no confusion with who Roy was with. Same thing with Gaggi, he had to bring up to Paul, so both families Capos knew about it and inform the rest of their crews and the families administrations.
