I've always thought this.....you don't have a full admin and 4 capo's if there's nothing going on.
That's if you take those Internet charts at face value.
And let's not forget that the feds were still able to make a chart for Buffalo back in 2006 - which showed a full administration and 4 captains - despite there not being much going on.
Mods should mind their own business and leave poster's profile signatures alone.
