The perna brothers get sentenced this week What are they looking at? I thought they were sentenced already? Are all three of them brothers? Ten each for Joe and John (state time) up for parole in like 3 and half I think and 8 for their father Ralph. Not sure what they offered the third brother Ralph ... He's the only one not made.

Madonna is in bayside state prison with 5 up for parole next year and Taccetta got 8 but he's already doing life on another case in njsp ( Trenton state )

So they werent actually sentenced yet? They can get less than 10 years when they go in front of the judge?
What about all those assets that were supposedly siezed, did anything ever get siezed?
No they were t sentenced yet but that's the plea they signed. Pretty sure they get sentenced Friday. I have a newborn and a three year old at home so I've been out of the loop. Don't know about the assets. Good question. ill see what I can find out.
