Danny Leo was invisible outside of his East Harlem origins, Ivy. I've said this several times over the years. But there were made Westside guys, as recently as the early to mid '90s, who went to their graves unidentified by law enforcement. And that's the God's honest truth.
I believe that. In fact, I believe there are still guys flying under the radar. Just not that many, relatively speaking. I'd be willing to bet at least 90% of the membership of any family has been identified by law enforcement.
