There were neighborhood cliques are in the city from Georgetown Mafia ( They have a rap group YouTube, Monte Ellis is from there too) , Q Boys ( Queens district) , Virden Addition Players, Shady Oaks Boys, Hill Boys ( Presidential Hills), and a host of others would eventually become VLs & GDs. Now the affiliations have lax and it's back to Cliques and some are mix of affiliations too.

Despite the open door policy , here in the Sip they generally aren't open to non blacks. More so within the prison politics than streets.
