In the recent thread about LKs..topic shifted to Chi gangs opening up membership to ALL ethnicities at about roughly the same time that this thread says that Chi gangs started recruiting and opening up sets in MS.
I thought perhaps there was an incident or event that happened in Chicago that "opened up" what had previously been localized gangs to people from other areas and backgrounds.
