I've seen a pic of him over at real deal , he is in sisca's crew and was pretty much acting capo of that crew
yearh thats what i heard. Apparently guys were jealous of louie because he was close with arnold and that he never did any time until the 2005 bust.
Jack falcone said they did not even know louie existed and they thought sica was a low level soldier before the undercover investigation.
