Was it a 60 bday or something he got to be up there. Or is he the new boss? Like someone posted they probaly have the most guys on the street in 30 years. Probaly inducted a few guys after the party.
I'm pretty sure that it was a surprise party for his 60th birthday. He may not have the boss title (and the titles all around the hierarchy may be jumbled), but Johnny and Stevie Mazzone are definitely the top two guys on the streets in South Philly.
In other minor Philly news, Frank Narducci is set to be released from prison for his federal parole violation on October 30th.
