On the other hand, if one day Ligambi gets hit - I would look into Cowboy as the #1 suspect (Payback for killing his father while he was in the can)
Seriously if he really is as bad ass as they say then Uncle Joe would have to atleast wonder if Cowboy would ever try anything. Especially cause he never thought he would be released. But he probably dont care at all
