"Full" of them? No. There's not an a neighborhood left in New York City that's "full" of Italian nationals (meaning born over there).

To clarify, I'm talking about Italian-born residents. The numbers aren't there. But there are obviously plenty of pockets of Italian-Americans in all of the outer boroughs, and predominant on Staten Island. Forget Manhattan. Just a few leftovers down Knickerbocker.
