I haven't gone to the doctor but with research online and speaking with my cousin (who is a PA) it sounds I have a herniated disk, I won't know for sure until I go see my cousin who is in Florida for the next week. Anyone on here ever have this? I've looked online to look for remedies, mostly stretching and anti inflammatories.

Years ago I saw that a new type of surgical procedure was invented where they have you on your stomach and through a couple of insertions put the discs back in place. Look into that.
