I believe it. Paramount will give him Hell over the name, though. They've successfully sued or settled out of court with just about everyone who ever tried to use the name and/or likeness of "The Godfather."
There has been a chain of them in Atlantic County for 15 or 20 years .
The first one is still there and it is located across the street form the Hamilton Mall right next to the Target ...
The guy that has that shop and his partners ,one of them were the original Three Brothers of Italy .(Thats what they called some of the pizza shops)not what it sounds like.
I am sure most know what that was about in the 70's when they were setting shops up from NY to Pitt. to Delaware .
