He did help with getting Rizzuto sent off to Colorado as well I dont think he testified. I think it was merely the threat. What are the chances of big joey returning to the rackets? Dosen't he have mobsters thats still loyal to him? Zero. No.

Chris pacielo is operating down in miami untouched, i think it can be done Paciello was never made and none of the 5 have jack to do with him in miami. There's a huge diff between just not getting hit and working together. Huge.
