Really, George has become a tad annoying lately, (I think he's too real for me...lol) but the other three are all very close. It seems weird to have Jerry Seinfeld as third fav., but "'Lainey" and Kramer crack me up.

The Costanzas are also my favorite non-Big 4! Gotta love Frank's Festivus, and Estelle is just hilarious!

I better head on to bed, as well. It was fun chatting with you here about all our favs...

It does suck to say goodbye to him. He had some hilarious one liners.

Mitch Hedberg He's this hilarious comedian who died like two weeks ago.

Btw, I had a thread about him like around April 1 or 2. There were links there too, I believe.

Actually, he died in New Jersey, in a hotel room. He was only like 37.

Well, just to keep this on the topic of DVDs... I really want to get one of his DVDs. I have both his CD's, but it's funnier when you can see him, too.

I've got Seasons 1-3 of 24 on DVD. I'm freaking obsessed with the show! I actually watched most of season 3 when it was airing on television, but I've watched it again on DVD, just to catch the 2 or 3 episodes I missed, and to answer any questions I had before. I rank this show higher than The Sopranos (which I've finally watched at least the first season of! ). Jack Bauer would sooooooooooooo kick Tony Soprano's ass! (Childish comment, sure, but what the hell?)

I saw Mitch too when he was here in Austin a year or 2 ago. I was surprised to hear about his death too.

Do you watch 24 on TV xxx, or no? I can't watch that many episodes on TV, especially waiting week-to-week for the next episode. I love just buying the DVDs and watching as many as I want. I think I finished season 3 in like a little more than a week, every free second I got I was watching it. The only thing that sucks is that I gotta wait year-after-year for the DVDs to come out

Yea, I watch it on TV every Monday night. It does suck that you gotta wait week after week to watch each episode, especially considering each hour-long episode is an actual hour in the show, so its the most fast paced drama on television. If you miss one key detail, you could be lost for the rest of the season. But I really don't mind waiting week after week all that much.

I watched the episode last Monday night. The whole episode kicked ass, and I think they ended the episode the right way. It wasn't a lot of bangs and explosions like a lot of people probably thought it'd be, but it definitely left you anxious to see the next episode.

Did anyone buy The Untouchables Special Edition when it came out? I think it's only $10 but it has some features on it while the DVD that I have only has the trailer. Also, anyone getting anything tomorrow? I'm finally gonna buy a DVD (I've had to put off buying due to my lack of cash flow). I've put off buying Spanglish, Elektra, Ocean's 11, Ocean's 12, Meet the Fockers. I really can't remember the last "new" DVD that I got, it's been so long. But tomorrow I'm gonna try to have a friend of mine get me House of Flying Daggers and Yankeeography Vol. 2. Anybody pick up anything good lately? I'm still upset that I can't buy Samurai Champloo Vol. 1 or Vol. 2

I got it a few months ago for 10 bucks. It was the first time I watched it the whole way through. I like the film, I think its good. But Kevin Coster's acting (as always) was questionable. As for Special Features, there's a couple new featurettes with the actors, and the original featurette from the first DVD that came out. Nothing really worth noting.

Over a year ago I would've gotten the SE for The Untouchables but today I lost love for the film. All in all it's only good factor is DeNiro. A very inaccurate and poor film.

The film also becomes laughable when it tries to duplicate a scene from The Battleship Potemkin and be dramatic.

Were the special features long or no? Yeah, Costner in this movie was pretty good, nothing to ride home about. But in JFK that's a different story!

Well on Friday I picked up House of Flying Daggers at BestBuy for $17.99

Today I just ordered Yankeeography Vol. 3 (BestBuy doesn't care it in the store anymore and I founded it cheapest on eBay). I also pre-ordered the 2-disc Special Collector's Edition of Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events from amazon.com

Half.com & ebay didn't even carry the 2-disc version, Walmart wants $33, Circuit City wants $30 (even though yesterday it was only $20), and BestBuy wants $28 for it. I gladly ordered it from amazon (which I haven't preordered anything from them since The Simpsons Season 3 came out over a year ago)

I just received "The Verdict" and "Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid", never seen them before, but I got them really cheap, GOD bless eBayers

I'll try to see them very soon, after reading all the reviews, I doubt that I'll be disappointed...

I'll probably get it just for Pacino and Hackman. Panic in Needle Park interests me more though.

I cant decide which one is better (same director btw), but the performance of Pacino in both is sooo GREAT!

I just won a copy of Finding Neverland off of ebay for $1.50. It's used but the seller has 100% feedback, plus with shipping, I got it under $7.50

I bought the restored "Bambi" 2 disk DVD set. What a BEAUTIFUL job was done restoring the picture (and sound) quality. I haven't checked out the extras disk yet but it looks interesting.

For any of you who have kids, and for those of you who are still kids at heart I recommend this DVD.

I just got my Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events DVD today and it looks pretty sweet. I think I understand now why it was so expensive everywhere. I got the 2-disc Colletor's Edition that came with the first book that the movie was based on. Pretty cool

I'm pretty upset right now because I found out that in August Fox is releasing an unrated version of Dodgeball, which I currently own. I don't think the special features are any different, but now I've got to buy that. I'm getting so pissed off at all these companies re-releasing DVD's unless it's something good like an anniversary edition for Scarface, Goodfellas, Raging Bull or Casino. Just releasing a special edition or unrated version 6 months later is bullsh*t! I'm at least glad that Paramount released both the single disc and double disc versions of Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortuante Events at the same time
