I'm not sure who JoetheBoss is talking about but I'd advise taking Scott's article at face value. He seems to be quick to slap ranks on guys, as well as exaggerate some things. It remains to be seen what Calvanese is and since when is Limone the "reigning don?" I've seen him listed as the acting boss at one point but not the official boss. At least not anything that I would call definitive.


You nailed it Ivy. All due respect to Scott, and I do appreciate his info (apparently his site is a paysite again), I agree that his titles for some of these guys are a bit much. What exactly is a 'mafia baron' anyways? If that means that Arillotta was a dim-witted, conniving, duplicitous, murderous thug, then I guess he was a mafia baron after all.

I don't necessarily doubt his facts, but he may color in the edges so to speak.
