I don't know about the Gallo hit, but I read Sheeran's book, I Heard You Paint Houses, and I tend to believe it at least regarding Hoffa. There are no outlandish claims, no conspiracy theories. He was friends with Hoffa, Hoffa's family has said that Sheeran was one of the few people Hoffa trusted enough to get into a car with. I don't know about the Gallo hit, but even that one, there is nothing outlandish about his account of the hit. It's a little less likely, but it's not impossible.
