Bobby Boriello famously beat Preston up and the Gambino's wrongly assumed his death was at the hands of Preston. That was Franscesco Oliviero who murdered a member of the Cherry Hill Gambinos. I don't think they were civilians. The Oliviero family were drug dealers.
