Jimmy Dellarratta was acting for Nicky Corozzo until he got busted, maybe Dragonetti is acting? Blaise is a soldier in that crew. DiMaria has his own crew, has since the 90's, he may well be taking care of Nicky's crew as well though.

JoJo and Nicky always had separate crews so I doubt JoJo will take over Nicky's crew when he's out and off restrictions, which will be around 2018. When JoJo got bumped to consig Ronnie Trucchio got his crew.

One things for sure, he ain't getting his old consig spot back. One of the zips will probably have that, Maninno or Gambino.
