God, you're like my twin. I quote movies and shows all the time, too, but no one ever seems to recognize them. I've always claimed to have a terrible memory, (which I do) but my mom always laughs at the fact that I can remember random quotes, events, etc. from anything. My specialty is useless info. I quote things a lot at school, and it frustrates me that very few people know what I'm talking about. I don't think I have any friends that have seen the GF, and very few have even heard of it. My main TV show is Seinfeld, and very few watch it. I believe that there is a Seinfeld reference for just about everything, too, so that cuts out a lot of conversation. A lot of guys watch baseball, though, so at least I can talk about that. [/b][/quote]OM f'n G! We are twins! The same thing happens with me. I have a horrible memory (my ma has alheizmer's and I'll probably get it too one day b/c I get everything else from her), but anyway I quote random things too that no one knows! I usually do it with my brother when I'm up here in New York or 1 of my best friend's Nathan. He can keep up with me more than anyone & it's fun to get him going, but he hasn't seen GF either. But he's a HUGE movie buff. He's majoring in Radio/Film/Television. If I wasn't majoring in Sport Management I'd major in that.
