Thank you,, I have to do some research .The property is sill sitting there undeveloped .We went through a building boom five or six years after it was sold to them.

For example a one acre lot in 71 was 2,500 $ in 80 it was 15,000.00 in 88 it was 25,000.00. now it is 35,000.00 to 50,000.00 and up if it sits on the streams.

The thousand acres are still undeveloped with a 12ft. fence all the way around it.
The property has several streams and is a great mix of pine ,oak, cedar.
For the life of me I can not understand why it is sitting through all these years.
I am embarrassed to say what my uncle sold" it for ,but he was property rich tax poor.

He did hold onto a lot of the best property's and with that came casino gambling and made many" in the family very rich.
My fathers company which was left to me, sits on one of those pieces of property.

But whom ever this guy is he is very rich to be able to pay the tax on that property and not think twice about developing it.

When I tell you it is worth a fortune it is ....

Cackling like a banty Rooster.

I love this," "I just love this."
