I'm sure if there's any LCN action in Milwaukee, I would assume it would have been at least partially absorbed by Chicago, no? But agree it would only be a handful of guys at best.
Like most other cities who had mob families, probably some remnants and aging made guys who have a little action but no formal mafia hierarchy. In most cases, age & attrition did them in.
