From my conservative right: "Have a Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah, and enjoy the holiday season!"
From the liberal left: "Have a happy* winter season, and enjoy the festivities**!."
*By 'happy,' we mean merry. But we don't mean to indicate we support any phrase like 'Merry Christmas' or 'Happy Chanukah' or 'Happy Kwanzaa' or 'Hare Krishna' because that would indicate support of an established religion.
**By 'festivities,' we don't mean 'holiday' which would indicate religious meaning, we just are indicating the period of time between December 24th and January 2nd upon which you will have select time allotments of recreation from school and/or employment, for reasons that are totally unrelated to religion.
