Gotti ordered Tony Megale to go to trial in '89, the same year Genie and Carnegs got thirty years. Megale took the plea anyway, and the judge wouldn't let him rescind it because he felt it was coerced. Gotti went berserk. I know this for an absolute fact. Braciole's nephew, rest in peace, was like a big brother to me, and he was there.

By the time Tony came home, Gotti was at Marion, but his minions still had the power. This was around '95. Nothing happened. A few years later, Gotti was dead and Tony was UB for a spell. It's an extremlely unpredictable life.

And let's not forget that, even though there was no admittance to LCN, the plea that Roy Cohn got them in the McBratney murder was obscene.
