The Philly mob has South Philadelphia, Delaware County, and South Jersey, which is enough for a small family. But it has also had the most members flip of any family - I think 16 at this point.

Regardless, Philly and the mob as a whole probably has a single digit(probably low single digit) flip ration from made guys as a hole.
People make it seem like the mob rats left and right.
These days it is obviously more prevalent but the number of total made members is relatively low.
