Pmac is good people and knows a lot more then I do about this LCN stuff ,,I only know what I lived and a few words from family. As far as who is with who in Philly ,,it's just as bad as when Nick was running the show . I don't know if it's a mess, or if it's the regular skipper with a crew . I will here someone is with this skipper and then the I here that"s not true . The Feds rats must suck cos they have no clue who is with who .....Philly Crazy. !
