Back up top right now. We're going down this Friday morning for the holiday weekend and to tighten things up for the summer. Probably won't go back until at least September or October.
So you pretty much fly south for the winter?
Yeah, we're down to about eight months in New York. It gets less year by year. Ideally, by this time in a year or two, it will be eight months in Florida and four in New York.
It's nearly impossible to predict things, though. My Dad, my in-laws (who are both also in their 80's), the buildings. It's always something. But if I had my absolute choice that I could set in stone, it would be October to May in Florida, the Summer in New York.
