Could you imagine if that was your grandmother or mother? Who in their right mind would terroirze an elderly lady? When you get "jacked" on drugs, poor decisions follow...and then you gotta call Nino to the rescue...but any judge who actually throws something like this out the window will have many questions to answer from the media and local citizens. The honorable Judge Thomas P. Rogers certainly doesn't want to let a violent thug who harms elderly people running wild on the streets of Philly.
