I think it's pretty common in all types of crime to have young teenagers do menial jobs that no one else wants to do. Like gofer jobs, vandalism and making sandwiches at a poker game. The kids are really willing to do these things, and if they get arrested making a delivery or vandalizing something, they will get off.
