Initially the reports were that no one new when Chuckie was born. This is not to say that I take issue with the Post article.
Additionally I misunderstood and posted when I knew he was made Under-Boss.

I first met Chuckie in December of 1976. I was told at that time that he was already a "Made Man". Hell, he looked and acted younger than I did and I was only 29. If he was under 30 when he was made then he would to have been made in the 60's when John was boss. That didn't happen for sure. My bad - Sorry 'bout that.
