I'm pretty sure that when Michael Genovese,Pittsburgh LCN, promoted Chuckie Porter in 1987 after Jo Jo Pecora died to under-boss that Chuckie was under 30. This had everything to do with drug money and nothing to do with nepotism. Although I'm well aware that nepotism brought quite a few "kids" up before their time.
Henry - even though Porter was considered part of the "younger generation" of the Pittsburgh LCN, he was 53 when he was inducted into the family in 1986; and thus, he was 54 when Genovese promoted him to underboss.
