Does anybody have either of these 3 albums:

Beatles Anthology 1

Beatles Anthology 2

Beatles Anthology 3

I have the 1 album & the Help & A Hard Day's Night soundtrack, but how do these 3 albums compare with them??

Well, the Anthology albums have outtakes and different versions of songs and stuff. However, Vercetti should leave those for later. Let him discover all their albums first, and become more of a fan. Vercetti, if you want to know the story of The Beatles told by themselves, then go get The Beatles' Anthology book, or rent the DVDs. This is the best bio of the band.

Beatlewho, I was asking in regards to me, not Vercetti. Also, do you know if these Anthology's have EVERY Beatle song ever, or is it pretty close or what? I mean, these are kind of expensive ($33 at BestBuy for 1 album). If they are all the songs, than I could see putting down $100 for it

They have alternate versions and unreleased songs, to my knowledge. You should go out and get the individual albums. Abbey Road and The White Album are the best two (I own all of their albums from Help! to Let it Be, minus Yellow Submarine, and the two Past Masters).

But aren't most of the songs on the Anthology from the Abbery Road & other albums or are they mostly unreleased material?

I'm 99% sure that it;s all rare and previously unreleased material, so no.

In that case, Grazie then. Do you know of anything that sells most or all of the Beatles albums like in a box set or something? I heard this on TV yesterday. What do you think? Beatles

That's the only box set of Beatles albums I'm aware of. But it contains the American versions of their first albums, which are considered inferior to the British albums. I really don't know though, since I haven't heard either version.

You think this is a pretty sweet deal or no? Also, do you have all of the Beatles albums?

Since they have a higher reputation, personally I'd buy Please Please Me, With the Beatles, Beatles for Sale, and Pasters Masters Vol. 1, instead of those. I believe all of the songs can be found between those four. But this new set has stereo, which is a plus. And their first albums weren't as artistic as their later ones, so it really doesn't matter. It's up to the buyer, as the prices are only a matter of a few dollars apart.

I own (ranked from best to worst, though they're all great):
1. Abbey Road
2. The White Album
3. Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band
4. Magical Mystery Tour
5. Let it Be
6. Revolver
7. Rubber Soul
8. Help!

and Past Masters Vol. 1 and Vol. 2.

I also highly recommend Lennon's albums "Imagine" and "Plastic Ono Band" and Harrison's "All Things Must Pass."
