One thing I think if Leo doesn't want the top spot all his old crew and nephews ect. Loose clout if say some other heavy steps up then that guys inner circle has more pull say. These guys have egos. Been reading last couple yrs the bonanno been bringing in a lot of new guys so I'm sure the westside isn't just gonna not help there ranks.
