Jimmys brother is actually doing everybody a favor keeping Jimmy out of the firm. Business is business no matter if you're family or not. That's the tough part. Just cuz someone's feelings might get hurt you can't do something completely irrational. That's just plain stupid.

Jimmy hit the score, did the work, deserved the fruits, he got screwed by his whacky brother, the other partner would have agreed to anything, chuck the fuck screwed his brother because he could not stand the reality of his brother being better then him.
