I'm not sure but I find it funny that Pitera is.

If I'm correct it's something about one of his murders that served to convict him, he claims they should test it for DNA because he's 100% sure non of his DNA is there.
Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if they pinned one or two murders on him that he didn't do, just to make sure he rots in jail.
-I shot him a coupla' times. -What's a couple? -Hmm, more than a couple... Really I don't know the exact amount, maybe I shot him 10 times, 12 times? -Maybe fifteen? -Hmm, it could've been fifteen...

im in favor of the death penalty, why waste money keeping convicted murderers I prison for decades, just execute them.
an eye for an eye, I say With the exception of peter limone and joseph salviati that came out in 1998 after 33 years in prison and just because they had been fucked up by the FBI agent Paul Rico; many times who was sentenced to life was for multiple charges and was impossible that all the charges will be invalidated unless the FBI or prosecutors have used false proofs. Binnie agree with you if was me I would have hanged Cutolo, Totò Riina and company and I would have left the bodies in plain sight as a warning, but given that in Italy we are a "civilized" country where the lifers can get out after 30 years. Italy is a beautiful country, are the Italians that have ruined it (my thought)

The only one that deserve to go out of prison is George "Cowboy" Martorano son of long john whacked in 2002 in philly. On September 20, 1984,Martorano was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole, the longest prison term ever imposed on a first-time non-violent offender in American history. Martorano has distinguished himself during his decades. In addition to being a "model" prisoner, Martorano: prevented the hijacking of an aircraft by prisoners while in transit from Philadelphia to Oklahoma, OK following the loss of his 33rd appeal. This incident has been documented by the FBI and FBOP and was called "extraordinary" by D.C. DeCamillus, SIS lieutenant. is considered one of the most prolific writers in the Federal Prison System, having authored more than 31 books. He has also written numerous short stories, screenplays and poems. recently published a self-help booklet for inmates entitled the "ShotCaller. This publication has been approved by the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) for use in prisoner re-entry programs [1] has developed a creative writing course - "The Write to Life" - which has assisted numerous inmates in earning GEDs and developing creative writing skills. is a certified suicide watch counselor. He often uses himself as an example in this role, telling fellow inmates: "If I have hope facing what I am facing every day so can you." was one of the first – if not the first – inmate in the FBOP system to exercise his First Amendment rights digitally, by publishing his work on his blog ( www.freegeorge.us) and his website( www.webelievegroup.com) recently developed a website www.childrenontheoutsidewithparentsontheinside.com, to help children of inmates cope with their parent's incarceration. He is 65 years old and staied in prison for 31 years, now is a model prisoner, I think that it's time to release him.

every year goes by frank locascio and boston based mob lawyer cadinale are trying to get him out, saying the tapes were spliced. alphonse persico aint giving up. his code jack deross got a life sentence for whay I would say get the underboss job after wild bill got killed theres like 0 evidence he had shit to do with other then he went to wild bills house and asked for the loan books. he not the boss and if the boss toold him to go ask for the loan book he was doing as told that would have been my defense. Im not the boss just folling orders. that what the prosecutor loves to tell the jury I would have gone that root. I don't think Allie will ever give up ,he sold two beautiful properties that he and his family loves, to fund something for this case . I can not go on about this case cos the way this thing went down makes no sense.
