if there's audio, we can tell immediately if they are local guys or not. their faces are visible on the cctv and I'm sure the clip is airing all over the news in that area....they should have been identified by now.
I used to carry sharpened pencils for cowards like these when I was in high school.Never had to use them but if you're outnumbered...you gotta take at least one of them out and get away.
