I don't hate on D'Arco. But that was bullshit. Because a) Burt was VERY close friends with Vinny DiNapoli. They were partners at the old Il Boschetto on Gun Hill Road. And as a Genovese captain, Vinny threw twice the weight that D'Arco did as a Lucchese acting boss. So why go around a heavyweight (and a class act) like Vinny?

b) Burt is, until this day, VERY close friends with Stevie, who is, you know, the guy who actually runs the Luccheses today.

c) He got into acting to get off the street. And during the lean years, he resisted all temptation to jump back in, even when he was broke.

That whole story was just filler in that midget's book. He had no right mentioning a guy like Burt, who actually bettered himself by walking away from life as a money collector. Trust me on that.
