Thats a great question Alex, i am not sure, PB is an east harlem/ bronx expert. He may know. Zeke is a bit of a mystery, not much known. Also, a may be wrong about him being an east harlem heroin guy. He was part of the angelo ruggiero/ gene gotti ring that got busted. That i do know but i thought i remember reading about east harlem.
