Hey guys I am currently watching "Mobsters: Roy DeMeo" and I had a question on his older brother.

In the documentary, Albert DeMeo says his uncle (Roy's Brother, Anthony Demeo) defended his entire "battalion he was in charge of" that was surrounded by the enemy by grabbing a machine gun and charging the enemy. Cool story, but to be in charge of a battalion in the US Army you have to be a Lt. Colonel or Full Bird Colonel (That's one rank under General, an officer). Was that a misprint or typo in the documentary, or was his brother an officer? Or maybe NCO Master Sergeant (E-8) or Sergeant Major (E-9)? Any info would be appreciated.

"What are you cacklin' hens cluckin' about?!?!"

"Is that him?!? With the sombrero on?!?"
