The infamous "blue screen of death." There's several possibilities.

The first thing I would do would plug an outside monitor to it so you can see if the issue is with the bios, the OS, a virus, or something else. If you can do that, I'd run something like malwarebytes, which is great at eliminating viruses. Run a diagnostic program. Do the appropriate fix.

Could also be a loose connection from the screen to the CPU. It's not unusual for them to come loose after a while, but before you open it up you want to make sure that the warranty has expired since doing that will invalidate it. If it has, then make sure you take the precautions against static electricity. Once it's opened, check the connections.
