I'm of the opinion too that Philly LCN aren't currently earning hand over fist like they may have been in the past. But that's just my opinion. I think it's naive to think Nicodemo has nothing on any of the higher ups. He was a soldier but was close to the top guys because of his earning power and supposedly he had a large crew. The state of Philly seems to be done with him, but as others have already stated, the feds aren't.
