I'll bet my house that all other NFL scouting departments had the same info. NFL teams usually hire former FBI or Secret Service agents to run their security and background checks. Cleveland is just plain fucking stupid and I'd fire Ray Farmer for wasting a high pick for a bum in his first NFL draft
