yes, it certainly does look him according to your pic. I do think it might be but cannot document the picture, so that makes me lean towards it not being him. However, the guy on Capones right looks like a Mick also ( no insult intended, Im Irish) - and also looks like a guest, so maybe they met and got along for a moment and someone snap this pic. I will look into documenting the source of the picture, maybe it is rare. DP

 I'm pretty sure the guy on the right is Capones attorney Edward "Easy Eddie" O'Hare. He later turned on Capone and helped the feds put him away. He was murdered in 1939.  Edward J. This picture is much better quality and not as cropped. Calander says March of 29 Capone is smoking a Cigarette, i've seen him with pleanty of shots chompin a Cigar but not smokin a Cigarette. DP
