I do think it might be but cannot document the picture, so that makes me lean towards it not being him. However, the guy on Capones right looks like a Mick also ( no insult intended, Im Irish) - and also looks like a guest, so maybe they met and got along for a moment and someone snap this pic.

I will look into documenting the source of the picture, maybe it is rare.
