Well, if you're a shop steward AND a made guy, that's one thing. Crying "discrimination" only makes you look like an asshole. Take your fucking pension, go home, and thank God you're not in Lewisburg.
But when you lose your job at a computer because your uncle-in-law was convicted of shaking down Local 282, that's another thing entirely. There needs to be boundaries.
Yeah, I have ZERO sympathy for an actual gangster, because it's doubtful they are in a union for the right reasons. But an honest working person who actually works to pay the bills should be left alone.
