Bruno Indelicato was technically part of the Commission Trial, got forty years, but caught a huge break with an early release after only twelve years. Of course he can't ever stay out of prison for very long, so maybe it's all moot anyway.
At best in an advisement position behind the scenes for keeping his mouth shut.
