Believe it or not, some people do exercise the ability to lay low in philly.
I don't think anyone connected is concerned about Lancelloti being a rat.
The comment about the gay bar seems a little far-fetched. There are plenty of gay clubs in Philadelphia; hell, there is a section called the "gayborhood" around Jefferson Hospital. It's difficult to believe that anyone in Philly would need to go to NY for permission to open a gay bar, unless that bar is in NYC.
I think the whole thing is that it is in NYC. He wanted to open up a gay club in NYC and name it after Matty Ianiello. Or it could be that he needed permission from NY to use Matty The Horse's name.
